Busines Profile Assessment:
The Human Resources Factor, LLC completes an assessment and analysis of the key components of the business operations and determines if there are any specific vulnerabilities within the organization that pertain to human resources, employment law, or appropriate employee relations practices.

This assessment typically takes approximately 2-4 hours, depending upon the complexity of the organization, and the degree of preparation in the planning stages of the assessment.  This profile requires input from the Senior Leaders/Managers within the organization. 

Summary Report:
After the initial Business Profile Assessment is completed, a Summary Report will be provided which presents observations, recommendations (including optional, suggested or highly recommended), and guidelines on actions that either your company, or The Human Resources Factor, LLC, can take to address any issues, and improve the company's human resources health!
